Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter Bites

1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg, room temperature 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth operator is our favorite! 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/4 cup flour, sifted 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 (16oz) jar of dark chocolate dreams Combine butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla, and peanut butter. Beat until smooth. Add in dry ingredients and chill for 1 hour. When cold, roll in small balls and place in greased miniature muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 to 9 minutes or until cookies slightly begin to brown. Once out of the oven using your finger or the end of a kitchen tool or small shot glass, lightly press down on the cookies to create a little hole. Fill each hole with a heaping teaspoon of Dark Chocolate Dreams. It will start to melt quick so then you can swirl it around and make sure it is smooth and even. Let cool and then enjoy! Store in a airtight container or you can even freeze them!
